Sophrology is a precious tool to feel better prepared for this initiatory and crucial event in a woman’s life.What for?This workshop will help you:– let go of your tensions and stress, and feel calm and confident– get in touch with your changing body through its new sensations– connect with your baby through your body and your mind.How?We’ll use the following techniques:– breathing exercises (sometimes combined with gentle movements)– relaxation techniques– visualisation and meditation techniques.N.B: This workshop is open to all future moms, whatever stage of their pregnancy.I'm looking forward to sharing this session with you!
