Join us for a free, gentle hour of relaxation designed to help you reset your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, welcoming space.

What this experience includes:

✨Calming aromatherapy
✨A quiet, cozy environment to simply rest and receive

No experience is needed. This is a passive, low-effort experience — come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided.

This offering is a collaboration between Dani of Mountains of Wellness and Lilliana of Savoné by Lily, created as a free gift to the community. Our shared intention is to offer a moment of care, calm, and connection — especially for those who rarely take time for themselves.
