On the first day of spring, we come together to celebrate the transition of the seasons with a sensory tea workshop.

Embark on a journey of tasting, smelling, and intuitively tuning into wild herbal teas –a moment to step away from the daily hustle and bustle,
connect with yourself—and with each other—and discover the power of your six senses through tea.

This workshop focuses on the holistic and medicinal applications of wild herbal teas for both physical and emotional well-being.

We take you on a guided tea journey along:

• History and tradition of wild herbal teas We explore how different cultures throughout the centuries have used wild herbs for healing and support.

• Wild herbs for body, mind & soul.
We discover the physical, emotional, and subtle qualities of mountain tea, sage, and marjoram, among others.
With space for personal questions regarding stress, energy, immunity, and overall balance.

• Wild herbal tea in daily life: How to integrate mindful tea rituals, tailored to the season and your personal needs.

• Guidance in creating a personal tea plan, including choosing herbs that align with your current phase and building a gentle, daily tea routine.
