People Community Meet-Up - Navigating Difficult Conversations in HR

HR is usually the one organising the training on difficult conversations, for managers, for teams, for everyone else. But when do you actually get the chance to sharpen your own skills?

This month’s meet-up is that chance. By popular request, we’re tackling the tricky stuff: how to handle difficult conversations with clarity, confidence, and care. We’re teaming up with trusted trainer & training actor Alice Eefting for a hands-on session built around real-life HR cases. Alice has trained hundreds of teams on handling difficult conversations and we work with her a lot for our own client trainings.

What we’ll cover:

You’ll get a clear framework to work with, but most of the session will be practice-based. We’ll send out a short survey beforehand to collect your cases (no sensitive info needed). We’ll choose the ones that resonate most with the group and try to give as many of you as possible the chance to practice live with Alice.

A note on our pricing:

We ask a small amount for these Meet-Ups, to cover part of our costs for food, drinks, our time and most importantly, to pay our speakers! Sometimes the price is lower/higher than you're used to. This could be because the Meet-Up was sponsored by the speaker, or because we're doing a special edition of the Meet-Up.
