Introductory course to the bodywork of Rolfing®.
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a manual method for improving the structure, posture and movement of the human body.
The mobilisation of the connective tissue has a liberating and beneficial effect.
The body is brought back into its natural relationship with gravity.
The aim is to increase holistic well-being.
What can you expect?
Experienced teachers of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® Europe will introduce you to the theoretical background of Rolfing®.
During exercises you will try out different Rolfing® grips and feel the effect of Rolfing®.
You will gain an insight into the contents of the Rolfing® training and have ample opportunity to ask your questions.
We recommend that you have experienced at least one Rolfing® session before the course.
Self-experience of Rolfing® is an essential foundation of the training and serves to deepen your understanding of what you have learned.

Anyone who is interested in the basics of Rolfing® bodywork, who wants to know more about the connections between holistic health. People who want to learn and experience more about the connection between gravity, connective tissue (fascia), body structure and movement.

Basics of Touch with practical exercises
Gravity and movement
After the course there is the possibility to get personal feedback from the teacher on Sundays until about 3 pm and to discuss personal questions regarding the Rolfing® training.
