Jesus did not walk alone—He had friends, people He spent time with and shared meaningful moments with. Among them were Martha and Mary, two sisters who welcomed Him in very different ways. Mary chose to sit at His feet, listening intently to His words, while Martha devoted herself to serving.Even as His friends, Mary and Martha, wrestled at times with fully understanding who He was. Their faith was deeply tested when their brother Lazarus died.
