Based and active primarily in Amsterdam, they have just released their debut album. Entitled "Vulnerability Portraits," it features pieces inspired and composed by duo improvisation sessions with each member of the band. Each piece in the set is based on two shared memories of vulnerability , captured in the improvisational interplay between different duos within the quintet. The process featured a series of "memory" parameters being translated into musical parameters that guided the improvisations.
