Reconnect with your inner dynamics.Indications Clothing: Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest - items like leggings, yoga pants, or soft track bottoms work best. Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits. What to Bring: All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle.Diet: For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after. Intention: Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on.After the Session: Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience. If possible, avoid scheduling commitments immediately afterward.
