Join us for a 2-hour Contact Improvisation workshop dedicated to exploring the dynamic relationship between base and flyer.
Through playful movement and embodied practice, we will dive into the art of supporting and being supported - discovering how trust, communication, and shared attention create new possibilities in dance.
Whether lifting, flying, or grounding, we will investigate how to meet each other with awareness, confidence, and curiosity. The workshop offers a space to practice balance, weight-sharing, and co-creation, while enjoying the beauty of connection in motion.

As every Saturday, you're welcome to simply drop in—no registration needed.
For the class, it's helpful to arrive on time so we can begin together. Doors open at 13:30.
