South African-born, Amsterdam-based comedian Daniel Yazbek moved to a new continent, maintained a long-distance relationship with his therapist, made some fascinating new friends, and began unpacking a wild family history — all while trying not to lose himself in the process.
I’ll Call You Back is a personal, unpredictable, and sharply funny show about identity, survival, and the struggle to grow without ghosting yourself.

Yazbek is one of the most promising talents in the Amsterdam comedy scene. He’s sharp, quick, and brutally honest — especially when it comes to himself. Having started stand-up only three years ago, Yazbek is already opening for major international comedians, including a recent performance with Michelle Wolf as well as Morgan Jay.
