Hormone Yoga is suitable for women of all ages, with or without yoga experience, and consists of a series of exercises and positions focusing on breathing, relaxation and stress reduction.
Dinah Rodrigues, the founder of Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT)selected these techniques to get quick results because women suffering unpleasant symptoms don’t want to wait too long to get better. Dinah noticed that women already feel the positive results of HYT after regularly practicing the 30 minute routine for about a month.
HYT HELPS WITH these problems caused by hormonal imbalances: Symptoms associated with menopause (hot flashes, sleeplessness, irritability, depression, emotional instability, memory impairment, loss of vitality, low libido, urogenital dryness, migraines), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries (PCOS symptoms : hirsutism, acne, weight gain), loss of menstruation and ovulation, infertility caused by hormonal imbalances, poor blood circulation and muscle spasms in the pelvic area, or adhesions tubal, osteoporosis, incontinence, depression, emotional instability, memory impairment caused by low levels of hormones , thyroid (underactive thyroid gland), insomnia, hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin and acne, carpal tunnel syndrome.

The workshop is designed to give you a STEADY BASE for your own PRACTICE AT HOME. You will learn the whole series of HYT exercises. They only take about 30 minutes and fit into the busiest lifestyle.
The exercises are very simple and can handle even the women who have no previous experience with yoga. It is suitable to practice 3 to 4 times a week for at least 3-4 months. Hormone yoga therapy brings quick results. Moreover they add joy and wellbeing to everyday life.
All workshops are in English. Explanation in Dutch is possible.
Lector Agnima Lucie Aligerova is registred yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance and studied the method with it's founder Dinah Rodrigues.
