Explore | Yin Yoga: The Way out of a Burn-Out
A workshop during which you will learn how to deal with a burn-out in combination with yin yoga. Shari will share from her own experience of having a burn-out and provide you with the tools that can help you prevent or recover from one. The workshop will help you to make slowing down a part of your daily life.
You will learn
• simple steps to support your healing during this phase in life
• a yin yoga sequence where you will target the organs related to stress and burn-out
• breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation to calm your mind and nervous system
We all have our reaction to this fast paced society, where it can be difficult to cope with the expectations from other people and ourselves. Because of this, a lot of people suffer from burn-out symptoms. In this workshop Shari will help you create a safe space for your body to release stress, tension and tiredness so that we can reconnect to our true self.
If you are having a burn-out or if you are experiencing too much stress in your life, this is for you. This workshop is for all levels of yoga.
