We’ll guide you through a cupping session, a process we use in the coffee industry to evaluate and compare coffees (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything!). You’ll explore different coffees, from Arabica to Robusta, and lighter to darker roasts, while discovering what makes each one unique.Along the way, you’ll learn: where green coffee comes from, how it is processed, and how roasting brings out different flavours. You’ll be able to describe what you’re tasting, recognise the differences between coffees and, most importantly, start figuring out what kind of coffee is actually your kind of coffee.But it is not only about flavour. Every cup has a story, and we will take you behind the scenes to meet the people and places behind our coffees.
