"A special bonding time between babies and mommies"
During this workshops you will spend time with yourself and your baby. During the practice we bring awareness on the flow of breath that helps to relax the mom; when the mother is relaxed the baby is also relaxed.
Concluding the practice with a soft mama touch: nourishing the baby with a gentle baby massage.
Practicing yoga with the baby helps recovering physically and mentally from birth.
The practice is suitable for mommies 6 weeks after giving birth and babies up to crawling stage.
