⊹ Women’s Forest Gathering ⊹
Friday, July 18 | 4pm to 7pm | Amsterdam Forest (secret location TBA)
Join us for an intimate gathering in the forest — a sacred space for women to reignite a profound sense of connection with their bodies, with each other and, by extension, with Mother Nature.
Through this journey we will move through associative, embodied ritual & practice including:
✧ Earth altar making
✧ Ceremonial cacao offering
✧ Womb-heart breath work
✧ Guided meditation
✧ Somatic movement
✧ Sound bath journey
✧ Sharing circle, sisterhood connection & picnic under the trees
This gathering is an invitation to drop in to the body, take a sacred pause, connect in Circle and be held by the Earth Mother; to soak in the medicine of the forest and ground deeper into our beings.
☽ What to bring:
✧ A blanket, cushion, or anything to sit comfortably on the grass
✧ Drinking water and comfortable clothing for movement & relaxation
✧ A small object for the altar, such as a crystal, flower, feather etc.
✧ Snacks to share for our forest potluck - fruits, dates, pastries, anything!
✧ Any instruments you play (optional)
All women-identifying souls are welcome. Let’s weave magic together in the woods.
