You will be guided in working with three tuning forks:
🔔 Om – calming and clearing
🔔 Weighted Om – deep, grounding vibration to cleanse and uplift
🔔 528 Hz – the “miracle” frequency, supporting harmony and wellbeing

Sound vibrations travel through every cell, soothing the nervous system, activating the vagus nerve, and guiding the mind into a deeply relaxed theta state. This allows you to access the subconscious, release emotional tension, and experience deep peace and bliss.

The workshop will close with a relaxing sound journey using Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.
