BRANCH ANNUAL MEETING 14th NOVEMBER 2025

Your little South and West Wales Endurance Group is having its Branch Annual Meeting on November 14th 2025.

We will be meeting at 6pm for a pub grub dinner and the meeting will follow from approximately 7pm, at The Hen Vic , Llandeilo,Please sign up in the usual way on the Endurance GB website. Our event is on there for the 14th November. there are two options - 1. dinner & meeting or 2. meeting only. By choosing an option it will give us an idea of numbers to inform the pub of who will require food.

You will be able to order and pay for your food & drinks on the night.

Please come along and share your ideas with us for events - we are always keen to have new plans or simply come along and have a lovely evening with horsey people.

I will do my best to send out last years minutes and this years agenda (when I put one together!) to those who sign up.

JOINING OUR COMMITTEE

If you feel you have a little bit of spare time and would like to join our committee we would welcome new faces. We meet just a few times a year to sort out our events and to discuss new ones, its not a full time commitment and we are a very flexible group.  If you feel you could give us a little bit of your free time please ask at the meeting
