Start Time? 10am both days. 

Weigh in times: 24 hour weigh ins are 10a to 11am and 4pm to 5pm. On the day 8am to 8.30am. 

Whats the Split? 

Saturday 21: All Men Open and Masters classes

Sunday 22th: All women, and teen and junior men

The team at Function 7 along with the A/BPU team of south Wales are ready and waiting for YOU! This is their first competition they will have hosted so not only will this be spectacular, it will be carnage!! (in a good way) 

This very experienced crew of competitors and referees, not only have peak competing expertise they also have the rule bok knowledge to guide you through your competition. 

This competition will suit both experienced and new, but there is a emphasis on the novice groups who may require more support. 

There will be food, parking and a train station at the venue along with a pub! What more can you ask for!! The pinacle of the competition will be the monolift which sports the Welsh Dragon so you can burn through your squats.
