- **Event Description**: Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof Mohammad Abu Qudais, Dean of Luminus Technical University College (LTUC), we are organizing an experiential lunch event at LTUC on Monday, 01 December 2025, featuring camel milk (an ancient superfood). A unique chefs collaboration brought to you by Luminus Technical University College, Camelera, and From Farm to Fork in Jordan.

Our goal? Create demand for local healthy camel products in Jordan's hospitality market to improve the livelihood of Bedouin communities, while raising societal awareness of Jordan’s rich nomadic heritage. 

Our approach? Educate and engage our future General Managers, Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Marketing Directors, and Procurement Managers to drive sustainable transformation in our industry. Today's youth, tomorrow's leaders.

For reservations, please go to https://www.hospitalityinhealth.com/education/ and complete the online form. After completion and payment, you will receive a personalized e-ticket. Tickets are JD50 per person, inclusive of taxes, a welcome drink, canapés, a four-course menu, food & herbal tea pairing, mineral water, and a gift bag. We can host a maximum of only 40 guest and advise to book early.
