SBC in a Day: The Power of Research in Practice

Join us for SBC in a Day: Research Edition, a one-day, in-person crash course hosted by the MAGENTA Academy.
This session will focus on the fundamentals of Social and Behavior Change (SBC) research design and methodologies, helping participants strengthen their ability to use evidence in programming.

Throughout the day, participants will explore key qualitative and quantitative research methods, learn how to measure behaviors effectively, and apply frameworks for building compelling behavioral research narratives.

The course, Intro to Behavioural Research, will cover:

• Types of research and when/why they are used
• Design of behaviourally informed research tools
• Data analysis using a BeSci framework
• Turning data into insight

The workshop will be held in person at our offices near 4th Circle, on Wednesday, 11 December 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and conducted in English.
