The next installment of our “Rest” series is a mindful reset after the post-holiday slump, when motivation is low and routines are hard to restart. 

Howard will guide a grounding meditation to restore the nervous system, followed by a slow yoga flow with an emphasis dristi (focal points) to enhance clarity, presence, and direction. Moving through warrior poses without losing the softness and ease of a slower pace, we’ll build confidence and steadiness to reconnect with our purpose.

The experience is complemented by aromatherapy and Reiki energy healing provided by Denise to help remove mental fog, restore balance, and support a fresh start in the new year.

Free for Yoga Studio members, otherwise $25 drop-in. Please bring your own yoga mat (rentals available). All levels welcome!
