🏔 Jbeil District: The Mills Trail - Balaa-  Chatine Hike (New Section)

🚶 Route: Distance of 8 km & 13 km (2 Levels - Moving Time: 4 hours and Total Hiking duration: 5 hours). 
🔷 Level of the trail is Easy & Medium ( 2 Levels)
🔷 Max Altitude: 2000 m/ 1350 m 

🏞️ Join us this Sunday, for new hike , between Batroun and Jbeil Districts : The Mills Trail Hike . 
This trail passes by many villages , old mills , Balaa Skin hole , three normal bridges, old churches, Laqlouk, Chatine valley , Tannourine river , old water  channels , mountains, apple trees,  oak trees ,Laqlouk and Part of Section 10 LMT . 

🏞️ During our hike we will pass by many beautiful landscapes, Lakes, river, beautiful mountains, spring path, the three bridges of Balaa, chatine Valley, sources of naher Jawz, mills path. 

🔷 Note : This trail is divided into two levels ,hikers can stops in Balaa Skinhole . 

‼ Important Note:
🏃 Our route is of medium fitness level.
🍵 Enjoy a coffee break during the hike. 
🚭 Smoking not allowed during the hike. 
🥪 Don't forget to bring your lunch.
🥐 Morning breakfast stop for 30 minutes .
🎒 Remember to pack 1,5 liters of water, spare clothing, socks, a raincoat, hat, sunglasses wind resistnace jacket, make sure your shoes are suitable for mountain hiking.

🚶 المسار: مسافة 13 كلم أو  8 كلم، (مدة المسار : 5 ساعات ومدة المشي الإجمالية: 6 ساعات). (متوسط)
🔷 مستوى المسار : سهل ومتوسط
🔷 أقصى ارتفاع: 2000 متر/ 1450  متر 

🏞️ انضموا الينا هذا الأحد، الى مسار جديد بين قضائي جبيل والبترون  : مسار درب المطاحن ;  القسم ١٠ من درب  الجبل اللبناني.

🏞️ أثناء رحلتنا سنمر بالعديد من القرى بين القضاءين، مطاحن قديمة، نهر تنورين ، أشجار سنديان، جبل اللقلوق ، بالوع بحتارة، جسور طبيعية، تلال، بحيرات، نهر شاتين ، شلال بلعا ، وادي شاتين ، نهر الجوز، غابة سنديان متنوعة ، مناظر بانورامية.
ملاحظة :  يقسم المسار الى مستويين، حيث ينتهي القسم الأول في بالوع بحتارة. 

‼ ملاحظات مهمة:
🚭 التدخين غير مسموح أثناء الرحلة.
🏃 مسارنا متوسط ​​المستوى للياقة البدنية.
🍵 استمتع باستراحة القهوة اثناء المسار .
🥪 لا تنسى إحضار غداءك.
🥐 وقفة صباحية للترويقة أو الفطور  لمدة 30 دقيقة
🎒 تذكر أن تحضر 1.5 لتر من الماء، وملابس احتياطية، وجوارب،، وقبعة، ونظارات شمسية، وكريم واق من الشمس، وتأكد من أن حذائك مناسب للمشي في الجبال.
