Come out to the farm to see how maple syrup is made! Saturday & Sunday March 14 & 15, we invite you to learn the maple syrup making process and enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring real maple syrup! Breakfast includes, pancakes, sausage, eggs, & drinks. Donations are accepted for the breakfast and will benefit two local programs.
Saturday, Boy Scout Troop 450 will be serving breakfast and collecting donations to help pay for summer camp. They will also be taking orders for Mother's Day hanging baskets and have a bake sale.
Sunday, all breakfast donations will go toward the Joseph Kelly Memorial Scholarship fund. This scholarship in memory of our good friend Joe awards scholarships to Lorain County students pursuing degrees related to agriculture and STEM careers.
*We will accept donations each day for both programs if you desire to donate to both, but can only attend one day.
We will be giving free maple tours, with wagon rides to the woods, and have demonstrations on how to make maple syrup from tapping trees to collecting and boiling sap. We will have maple syrup and maple products available for purchase: Maple cream, maple cotton candy, maple candy, & maple sugar.
