Dr. Rachelle Pascoe-Deslauriers (she/her) is Associate Professor of Management, cross-appointed to Department of Commerce/Ron Joyce Centre for Business Studies and the Feminist and Gender Studies Program at Mount Allison University. Coming to the Maritimes via Scotland from Southwestern Ontario, Rachelle’s research involves working closely with businesses and organizations on improving job quality, and the relationship between business strategy and employment practice. She has worked with a wide range of different employers, including in the community care sector in New Brunswick and small-to-medium sized businesses in Scotland. Rachelle teaches in the areas of business strategy, human resource management, and gender and work.
