- **Event Description**: Join Julie Ripley-Gould E-RYT YACEP for a unique yoga class where we will blend the practice of yoga both on the mat, seated in a chair, or assisted by a chair. This class is meant to accommodate various abilities in a safe and friendly environment.  Julie has been teaching blended chair/mat yoga since 2015 and is excited to bring the practice to Root to Rise. All are welcome, whether you prefer to remain seated at all times, choose a blend, or practice unassisted. Everything you need will be provided,  but feel free to bring along a mat and props if you'd like.
