This will be the 8th year for the event, and it has grown each year from 20 goldens to nearly 250 goldens with 400 people attending. Activities include an agility course, Kissing Booth, Simon Says for Dogs, Fashion Show, Awards Ceremony and The Parade of Goldens. Awards are presented for Youngest Golden, Oldest Golden, Service/Therapy Golden, Furthest Traveled and all contest winners. No pre-registration is required and a donation of at least $20 per golden is requested with all proceeds going to Operation Delta Dog, a non-profit that rescues and trains homeless dogs for veterans with PTSD, TBI, depression and anxiety.
