This session will begin with floral essential oils and guided meditation to help you reconnect with the divine feminine energies within. The experience will deepen as the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong are introduced, providing a soothing blanket of sound to hold you on your journey inward.

After the sound bath, a choice of floral teas will be provided to close the experience.

✨Floral Sound Bath Healing Event with accompaniment of Tibetan bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes & Gong ✨

⚡️ Daniel leads us through A 75-minute Sound Bath and Meditation experience followed by a discussion and tea. Expect to lay back wrapped in blankets and coziness then allow the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi chimes to send you into a state of stillness, softness and relaxation. A wonderful way to spend the evening relaxing and connection with your body.

👕What to wear: Be comfortable in clothing that moves easily. Breathable, flexible, and comfortable. Shoes and stress will be left at the door and safely tucked into our coat room.

🧸What to bring: If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets and eye mask, or props for your comfort you are most welcome to. 

Studio shared mats, props and blankets will be set up for your use please feel free to put your own mat on top of our mat for shared coziness.   We also have a small retail section to purchase your own new equipment if you do not prefer to share.

Spring Equinox Sound Bath

It's time to transition from the quiet stillness of winter and step into the vibrant energies of spring! Join us for a healing and meditative experience to help restore balance and inspire growth in the coming months.

⚡️We'll start the session with some candle gazing, using the mesmerizing dance of the flame to help ease into a meditative state and connect to our source of power within. We'll then transition into a sound bath using gongs, singing bowls, drums, and chimes to help bring energetic balance and healing.

👕What to wear: Be comfortable in clothing that moves easily. Breathable, flexible, and comfortable pants. A form fitting or tucked in top that won’t easily bunch or roll up on you through movement. Shoes and stress will be left at the door and safely tucked into our coat room.

🧸What to bring: If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets and eye mask, or props for your comfort you are most welcome to. Studio shared mats, props and blankets are always sanitized and available to you. We also have a small retail section to purchase your own new equipment if you do not prefer to share.


Important Notes:
-Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
-Aroma therapy of rose and lavender will be used

About the Practitioner:
Daniel O'Dowd is a sound bath practitioner and has been certified as a Vibrational Meditation Practitioner since July 2025. He founded his company, Sound of the Soul, in January 2025 and is dedicated to practicing sound healing to help people find inner peace and a deeper connection with their soul.
