We’ll explore why there is no single “best” shoe, how proper fit should feel, and how differences in foot shape, gait, and activity goals influence shoe choice. You’ll learn how various shoe types serve different purposes, from cushioned trainers to trail and performance shoes, and how to think of footwear as tools rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. We’ll also cover when and why shoes should be replaced, including common signs of wear that can affect how your body feels over time.
