Embodied Energy: Somatic + Intuitive Yoga

• A class built for nervous system regulation and self exploration, our monthly Embodied Energy is a somatic, intuitive, trauma-sensitive based approach to yoga. We will move through practice slowly and intentionally, pausing for moments of deeper body awareness and mindfulness, focusing less on external alignment and more on attention to inner cues and sensation. Space provided during each class for intuitive and organic movement, allowing each practitioner to be their own teacher. Every EE class ends with a guided meditation or extended Savasana, and hands-on Reiki for those who wish to receive it. Class is accessible to all, and extra sensitive to those healing from trauma.
