The Summer Solstice reminds us to shift from action to nourishment. 

We will celebrate the Solstice through meditation,  creativity,  and Yoga. Ground yourself with intention as you are guided through a gentle Yoga and meditation practice, and grow your creativity with a mixed media, summer floral art project. You will leave feeling relaxed, and with our own personal art piece.

?Snacks and refreshments will be provided  
? All supplies will be included 
?No previous experience in art or Yoga necessary
