Through guided imagery and discussion we will uncover, activate and embody optimal flow patterns. In supported circle we recognize progress and accomplishments in each other and we recover and remember our own innate gifts and strengths that are meant to be shared. By doing so we have the opportunity to shine our own light as an offering for others to do the same.For thousands of years cacao has been consumed as a heart opener to deepen connections both externally and internally.
