Join us for Afrobeats and Zumba fitness, community connection, and delicious food. Immerse yourself in movement, celebrate together, and connect in real life.

This month our fitness adventure and community connection will be at Studio 116, Amherst. Be part of the community that travels with us wherever we go.

How We Spend Our Time

• Community conversation: Start together, connect, and set intentions 
• Fitness: Approximately 90 minutes of Afrobeats and Zumba movement 
• Potluck: Share sushi, fruit, and healthy snacks together 
• Cleanup: Reset the space together

• Event: Afrobeats and Zumba Fitness Master Class with Aimee and Susu

• Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM 
• Location: Studio 116, 460 West St, Amherst, MA 01002 
• Food: Sushi provided by Positively Africana By Aimee, plus potluck-style fruit and healthy snacks to share (optional)
