Monday evenings 5:30 pm- Gentle Yoga. Relax and rejuvenate, discover our “sweet spot” in poses and flows with Anne-Alex.
Tuesday mornings 10:00 am- Ashtanga Yoga- active with Paige.
Tuesday mornings 11:30 am- Beginning Yoga with Megan.
Tuesdays at 1:00 pm- Parkinson's and MS movement class, reserve a space @ 914-589-0964.
Wednesday evenings 4:30 pm- Better Balance Tai Chi with Anne-Alex.
Thursday mornings 9:15 am- Hatha Yoga with John.
Thursday mornings 10:45 am- Chair Yoga with John.
Thursday 12 noon 45 minute Lunch Stretch
Thursday 1:00 pm- Yoga Teacher Training (200 hour certification and mentorship).
Friday class is coming in the new year.
Saturday mornings 10:00 am- All Levels Community Yoga with Chelsea.
Sunday afternoons 1:00 to 3:00 pm- African Drumming with Malcolm, $25/drop in, or 4 class series $80, reserve a space @ 914-589-0964.
