Yogic Dance

Opening Night- only $10! A dance flow class rooted in yogic and vedic wisdom. For over a thousand years in India — and many places around the world — Sacred, devotional dance was seen as one of the highest offerings one could give to the Divine. It embodied the entire wisdom of the Vedas as expressed through human movement. With this practice, the dancer experiences the energy flow from the Divine Realms through the body, as well as touching upon the innate personal power that is our birthright. Through sacred dance, the practitioner can experience greater connection, balance, and peace within the self and the external world.
