Hormone Harmony: Exploring the Inner Seasons of the Menstrual Cycle is a 4-week workshop blending functional nutrition, hormone education, and embodied yoga. Each session focuses on one phase- Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal- teaching you to align movement, nutrition, and lifestyle with your body’s rhythms.
Led by Kelsey Smigiel, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Priscilla Bibeau, 200 RYT & women’s health advocate. Together, they guide you to work with your cycle, not against for more balance, energy, and harmony each month.
