LifeChoices® at Bethany is a Life Care at Home program that was
designed to keep you independent and in your own home as long as possible. In addition to wellness programs, home and community based services, education, and hospitality services as needed, this program covers nursing home costs at 100% from day one, protecting your hard earned assets for you and your family.
