Chairs will be provided; please bring a yoga mat, sleeping pad, cushions, blanket, etc. if you wish to lay down for the sound bath at the end.Comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as bringing water for hydration.Space is limited to 15 people; register today to secure your spot!About your facilitator:Robin Humphreys has been guiding group healing experiences since 2014 and brings a calming and welcoming presence to the group space. She uses her holistic training background in her class offerings so that body, mind, heart, and spirit are activated and integrated.
