About your facilitator:

Robin Humphreys has been guiding group healing experiences since 2014 and brings a calming and welcoming presence to the group space. She uses her holistic training background in her class offerings so that body, mind, heart, and spirit are activated and integrated. Robin is a trauma-informed practitioner who tailors her group experiences to be inclusive of all backgrounds and belief systems. She is honored to carry this method forward through her mentor Sylvia Brallier, founder of Diamond Lotus Path.
