Visitors will have the chance to see historic printing methods in action, try their hand at traditional techniques, and explore how communication and craftsmanship helped shape American identity over the past 250 years. The program will also feature a special talk at 11am on the history of Stangl’s Bakery / The Stangl Baking Company, highlighting the business’s connection to Franklin D. Roosevelt’s National Recovery Administration and the participation of the speaker’s great-grandfather in this important New Deal initiative. 

Enjoy refreshments, baked goods, and interactive experiences presented in partnership with the Portersville Steam Show, making this a lively celebration of history, innovation, and the printed word.
