An Earth Day ceremony to ground intentions, activate manifestation, and anchor them through Reiki and sound.
We will begin this Earth Day gathering by coming together in circle and offering gratitude — to the Earth, to our breath, and to one another. This opening space is an invitation to slow down, arrive fully, and reconnect with the quiet power we hold when we consciously choose what we are growing in our lives.
From this grounded place, we will explore manifestation and intentional creation. Through guided reflection and heart-centered intention-setting, you will create a vision board that represents what you are ready to call in, nurture, and embody in this next season of your life. This is a time to clarify your desires, root them into the Earth’s steady and supportive energy, and give them form through imagery, words, and feeling.
Once your intentions are created, we will transition into a Reiki-infused sound healing journey. You’ll be invited to get comfortable as we move from intention into embodiment. As the crystal singing bowls begin to play, Reiki energy will be intentionally infused into the sound — allowing the vibration to carry, amplify, and gently anchor your intentions within your body and energetic field.
The experience will then flow into a deeply immersive, hour-long sound bath. Surrounded by healing frequencies, your nervous system is invited to soften, regulate, and receive. The sound supports your intentions as they settle more deeply into your energy — grounding them, expanding them, and allowing them to truly take root.
This ceremony honors Earth Day by aligning your personal intentions with the rhythms of the Earth — planting seeds with care, presence, and trust, and allowing Reiki-infused sound to nourish their growth.
