After a successful Interest Meeting, we are officially holding our Organizational Meeting to form the American Legion Auxiliary Unit attached to Tum Tum Post 168.

This meeting is an important step in establishing our Unit and submitting our Charter.

During this meeting we will:

• Review membership applications
• Confirm unit dues
• Elect temporary officers
• Establish our initial meeting schedule
• Set timeline for submitting our charter paperwork
• Discuss our focus areas and service goals

To officially charter a new Unit, we must have a minimum of 10 Senior members and a complete officer structure in place.

We are currently seeking individuals willing to serve in the following leadership roles:

? Vice President
Supports the President and helps coordinate programs and projects. Steps in when the President is unavailable.

? Secretary
Keeps meeting minutes, manages records, and assists with official charter paperwork and correspondence.

These roles are foundational as we build this Unit from the ground up. If you have organizational skills, leadership experience, or simply a heart to serve veterans and our community, we encourage you to consider stepping forward.

The mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families.
