ABOUT THE FILM: A perfect movie for the holiday season. When a man brings home an adorable creature as a Christmas present for his son Billy, the shopkeeper’s sage advice — no midnight snacks, no water, mood lighting only — goes unheeded. The result unleashes a horde of malevolently mischievous monsters which take over the small town on Christmas Eve. Blending horror, humor, and a little Christmas magic, this ‘80s hit was directed by Joe Dante, written by Chris Columbus and executive produced by Steven Spielberg. Presented on 35mm.

Due to the costs associated with running archival 35mm prints at our theater, such as shipping, distribution rights, and staffing — there is a slight upcharge in pricing in order to accommodate these needs. Ticketing is General $17, Senior/Young Person $15, Member $12.

NOTE: We are continuing our Retrograde series from December - April at 9:45 on Friday nights to showcase more of your favorite cult classics on the big screen! There will NOT be an After Party event hosted for this month.
