MotherCircle is a global movement (mothercircle.com) as well as an 8 class gathering for mothers + women who want to understand the unseen arc of the motherhood journey, move out of confusion, and into greater clarity and wisdom within a supportive community.
Join Meghan Dwyer to share + be witnessed in an intergenerational women’s circle where we explore aspects of mothering often not talked about mainstream culture including underworld journeys, our cyclical nature, old women’s wisdom, the animal body, sexuality, worth, lineage + legacy. In each class expect a different topic with a check-in, breathwork, a teaching, journaling, breaking into dyads or triads, opportunities to move the body + surprises!
This circle is for:
‣ Mothers of all ages and at all stages of their motherhood journey
‣ Women who want to be mothers (+ those struggling with infertility)
‣ Women who care for mothers (Childbirth educators, Birth-workers, Midwives, birth and postpartum doulas, OBGYNs, Lactation consultants, L&D nurses, Prenatal and postpartum yoga teachers, women’s circle facilitators, somatic therapists, grandmothers & aunties)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
🌀 MotherDive: Entering motherhood is an underworld journey often not acknowledged by the outer world. Through myth, storytelling and sharing you’ll learn the arc of this journey + be witnessed as you locate yourself within it.
🌀 MotherCycle: Awareness of our cyclical nature can support us in aligning with our innate wisdoms as mothers. Explore how being in rhythm with the cycles in + around us grant us more access to our power + wholeness.
🌀 MotherBody: Everything a new baby needs, a new mother also needs. Learn a powerful framework for assessing your physical + emotional wellness and how to tend to what’s needed in your body no matter where you are at in your motherhood journey
🌀 MotherJaguar: The predator - prey dynamic is present in our experience of birth + motherhood. Explore how this awareness + understanding of your nervous system can impact your daily life + mothering.
🌀 MotherBirth: Birth is an initiatory experience that changes us. We’ll explore ways to access + share this experience by learning the language of the body and participating in experiential exercises.
🌀 MotherLover: There is often a split between being a mother + being sexual. Learn how to connect with your ever changing sexuality as a mother + woman + become more at home in your body + your sensuality.
🌀 MotherWorth: Motherhood changes how we relate to our work in the world. Explore the relationship between your worth + your value and anchor the things that nurture your worth as part of your mothering practice.
🌀 MotherCode: We have a powerful opportunity to imagine the legacy we’d like to leave. We are shaped by our motherline and the mothers around us, and we can choose what we want to carry forward. Together we’ll identify the values that we want to guide our mothering and shape our lineage.
