Experience the ultimate canine celebration at the Festival of Busselton – Dogs Day Out, a much-loved highlight of the festival schedule! Happening on Saturday, 11 January 2025, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am at Kaloorup Oval in Vasse, this tail-wagging event celebrates everything dog-related and brings together animal lovers of all ages.
This fun-filled morning includes:
A pet parade where dogs can strut their stuff and compete for fun awards like Cutest Pup, Best Dressed, and Most Talented.
Market stalls featuring dog treats, toys, accessories, and other pet-friendly goodies.
A sausage sizzle and coffee van, serving up snacks and drinks for owners and their furry companions.
Agility demonstrations by local trainers, offering tips on pet safety, training.
Entry is free, and the event is open to everyone. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dog poo bags and water will be available on-site. For everyone’s comfort and safety, unsociable dogs are kindly asked to stay home.
Dogs Day Out is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow pet lovers, enjoy a relaxed community atmosphere, and show off your pup’s personality—whether they’re in costume, performing tricks, or just enjoying a day in the sun. It’s always a highlight of the Festival of Busselton, so come along and be part of the fun!
