Η ομάδα Ecstatic Dance Athens σας προσκαλεί στο πρώτο της retreat, το οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί στον όμορφο χώρο του Mediterra Retreat, Καπανδρίτι, Αττική, με πρακτικές που συνδέονται με την ενέργεια της Άνοιξης και το στοιχείο του Ξύλου.

14:00–17:00 – Άφιξη, υποδοχή & ξενάγηση στον χώρο

1️⃣ Εγκατάσταση στα δωμάτια
2️⃣ Στη μεγάλη εσωτερική σάλα (με τζάκι) – δεύτερη επιλογή
3️⃣ Σκηνή στο λιβάδι – τρίτη επιλογή

19:00–21:00 – Άνοιγμα κύκλου Somatic Seasons (2 ώρες, σύνδεση με την εποχή της Άνοιξης / Στοιχείο Ξύλου) με Μαριάννα & Ευτυχία

12:30–15:00 – Collective Art Expression – κοινή δημιουργική έκφραση με ζωγραφική & live soundscapes από τον DJ Junior X
16:00–18:00 – Αναχώρηση

(Όλες οι τιμές περιλαμβάνουν διαμονή, γεύματα και συμμετοχή σε όλες τις δραστηριότητες του διημέρου)

Early Bird: μέχρι 21 Μαρτίου – έκπτωση για όλες τις επιλογές διαμονής.
Μετά το τέλος της περιόδου Early Bird, κράτηση θέσης με προκαταβολή 120€ ανά συμμετοχή, καταβαλλόμενη εντός 3 ημερών από την υποβολή της φόρμας.

📜 Πολιτική ακυρώσεων

Ακυρώσεις μέχρι 21 Μαρτίου επιστρέφεται το ποσό Early Bird.

Από 22 Μαρτίου και μετά: ακυρώσεις έως 2 εβδομάδες πριν το retreat επιστρέφεται 50% της προκαταβολής.

Ακυρώσεις εντός των 2 εβδομάδων πριν το retreat: η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται.

👶 Kids Friendly

Το retreat είναι φιλικό προς οικογένειες. Αν συγκεντρωθεί επαρκής αριθμός παιδιών, θα υπάρχει δυνατότητα δημιουργικής απασχόλησης με επαγγελματία υπεύθυνο, ώστε οι γονείς να μπορούν να συμμετέχουν στις πρακτικές με άνεση. Οι γονείς παραμένουν υπεύθυνοι για τη συνολική παρουσία των παιδιών τους στο χώρο.

🍽️ Το φαγητό

Το φαγητό είναι το cherry on top της εμπειρίας μας.
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του διημέρου θα υπάρχει διαθέσιμος ελαφρύς μπουφές με σνακ, ενώ θα απολαμβάνουμε υγιεινά, vegetarian-friendly γεύματα που θρέφουν το σώμα και είναι πολύ νόστιμα.
Από το πρωινό μέχρι το βραδινό, θα υπάρχει πάντα κάτι καλό να φας, μαζί με φρέσκους χυμούς.
Μαγειρεμένα με φροντίδα και αγάπη από τον υπέροχο chef μας, Θεοδώσης Βασίλης.

The Ecstatic Dance Athens team invites you to our first retreat, taking place at the beautiful Mediterra Retreat, Kapandriti, Attica, with practices connected to the energy of Spring and the Wood element.

📅 Three-Day Program

Friday, April 24 – Welcoming & Opening
14:00–17:00 – Arrival, reception & site tour

1️⃣ Accommodation in rooms
2️⃣ Large indoor hall with fireplace – second option
3️⃣ Tent in the meadow – third option

19:00–21:00 – Opening of Somatic Seasons circle (2 hours, connection with Spring / Wood element) with Marianna & Eftychia

Saturday, April 25
08:30–10:00 – Qi Gong (Wood element – liver & gallbladder meridians)
10:30 – Brunch

15:30–16:30 – Cacao Ceremony, Circle Opening & Ritual Passage
16:30–19:00 – Ecstatic Cacao Dance with DJ Junior X
19:30–20:30 – Circle Closing: Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath with Eftychia

📜 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations until March 21: full Early Bird amount refunded.

From March 22 onward: cancellations up to 2 weeks before the retreat – 50% of the deposit refunded.

Cancellations within 2 weeks of the retreat – deposit is non-refundable.

👶 Kids Friendly

The retreat is family-friendly. If a sufficient number of children attend, there will be creative activities with a professional supervisor, so parents can participate in the practices comfortably. Parents remain responsible for their children's overall presence on site.

🍽️ Food

Food is the cherry on top of our experience.
Throughout the retreat, there will be a light buffet with snacks, and we will enjoy healthy, vegetarian-friendly meals that nourish the body and taste delicious.
From breakfast to dinner, there will always be something good to eat, along with fresh juices.
Prepared with care and love by our wonderful chef, Theodosis Vasilis.
