Join us for Flow & Glow Yoga on Sunday 11/9 from 4-6pm at Atomic Yellow (Sunset Center) for a Cosmic Yoga experience blending movement, music, and vibrant light.
Flow through an all-levels Vinyasa yoga class while optional body paint, neon lights, and glowing auras create a playful, electric atmosphere and cathrtic relief before the holidays!
Live Music with DJ Zealous will keep the energy flowing with an upbeat, live music set.
The Experience: A fusion of yoga, dance-like sequencing, and mindful movement!
