Šeštasis SwampMan Backyard ultra by Trailo Kalvė kviečia jus surasti savo galimybių ribas.
Backyard ultra buvo sukurti tam, kad padėtų bėgikams kuo lengviau įveikti 100 mylių atstumą.
Jeigu dar neesate gavę DNF savo gyvenime, tai galimybė jį garbingai užsitarnauti čia. Nes nugalėtojas bus tik vienas arba viena.
Šiais metais vėl bandysime pagerinti ne tik renginio rekordą, bet pasikėsinsime ir į Lietuvos rekordą.

Reikia įveikti tik 6.7 km per valandą, sutaupytą laiką galėsite praleisti poilsiaudami ir valgydami. O sekančios valandos pradžioje stosite vėl prie starto linijos ir bėgsite dar vieną ratą ir tada dar vieną ir taip bėgsite kol kojos nebelaikys ir dar truputį. Kol liks tik vienas arba viena bėgikė.

Trasa drieksis prie Didžiosios Dailidės ežero.
Rato atstumas 6,7 km, sukilimas 20 vertikalių metrų per ratą.
~2km plento ir ~4,7km bekelės (minkštais miško keliukais).
Starto vietoje bus palapinių miestelis ~100kv bendra palapinė jūsų pastogumui su šildytuvais, jeigu netyčia orai nelepintų. Kas nori gali atsivežti savo palapinę, praneškite mums iš anksto.
Automobiliams ir kemperiams starto zonoje vietos nebus. Automobilių aikštelė bus toliau nuo starto ant kalniuko, tai pasikoreguokite savo strategijas atitinkamai. Trasa bus sužymėta. Bus šiltų gėrimų ir maisto. Sėdimomis ir miegamomis vietos rūpinatės jūs patys.
Čia galite nubėgti savo pirmą maratoną, pirmą ultrą, pirmą šimtą kilometrų arba mylių ir pažadame jog visą kelią jums padės įveikti kolegos bėgikai.

Come and find you limit at the 6th SwampMan Backyard Ultra race by Trailo Kalvė. The backyard ultra events have been created to help participants breach the magical 100mile barrier or die trying. This is your chance to earn your first DNF honorably. Because there can be only one winner.
Again we come together to conquer the ultra distance, to break SwampMan event record and even have a shot at the Lithuanian record. To encorage you to run even further we a prize fund was established. Moerover SwampMan backyard ultra is a silver ticket event and garranties you a straight entry into the backyard ultra national team.

Every hour you need to finish a 6.7km loop, the rest of the time you can rest, eat or sleep. At the beginning of the next hour you will need to queue the starting line and run the loop again, until you can no longer finish a loop and only one runner is standing.

This years racecourse will be in Alytus.
Loop distance 6.7 km and 20 meter of elevation.
~2km road, 4.7km trail (smooth forest roads)
We will provide ~100 square metters of tents for runner acomodations, with heaters if the wheather is colder. Runners should bring their own collapsable chairs or beds. Runners can bring their own tent. No cars or caravans will be accepted at the start area. Parking will be available 100meters from the start area, but it is on a hill so adjust you race strategy accordingly.
This is a an event to run your first marathon, ultra, 100 kilometers or 100miles, every step of your journey will be acompanied by your fellow runners. Don‘t suffer allone, let‘s suffer together 🙂
