What is Cardio Dance, you ask? Cardio Dance is a high-energy, full-body workout that fuses dance-based movements with cardiovascular exercise, set to music. It's less about complex choreography and more about sustained, heart-pumping movement and is designed to be fun and accessible for people of all fitness levels. Classes include a warm-up, high-intensity dance intervals, and a cool-down.
