Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra : Open to all levels
Enjoy a rejuvenating Yin and restorative yoga practice with us. We will gently release tension from our bodies as we move through restorative yoga postures. We will use Yin yoga postures to release deeper into the fascia and myofascia (the body's connective tissues). This event is perfect for anyone feeling the physical and mental effects of stress. We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps us to relax and can help those who struggle with their sleep.
** Please note, spaces are limited due to social distancing guidelines. Mats will be placed 2 metres apart (middle to middle) as per government guidelines**

What to expect: 2 hour yin/restorative yoga postures and deep guided relaxation
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks, (optional - blanket, yoga block, bolster, cushion)
