Objective

Join us for a live webinar exploring how rapid screening can help identify infections earlier, strengthen infection prevention and control, and protect patients from the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

Early detection can make a critical difference to patient care. Knowing sooner whether a patient may be carrying or affected by a drug-resistant infection can support faster infection prevention measures, better-informed clinical decisions and more appropriate use of antimicrobials.

Bringing together patients, healthcare professionals and experts in infection prevention, diagnostics and AMR, this webinar will explore where screening can have the greatest impact across the patient journey — from admission and surgery to transfers between healthcare settings.

We’ll also consider the challenges that prevent screening from being used consistently and what needs to change to make rapid, actionable testing a stronger part of patient safety.
